I walked in with very little expectations and just wanting to test drive a used car. I was so scared and new to the process and was a little apprehensive of working with "sales guys". Tristan was so kind and open to working with me even when I went back and forth on colors and prices and couldn't make up my mind. He was not pushy at all and I really believe he had my best interest at heart. I will definitely be working with him in the future for all my car Buying needs! Outstanding, outgoing, and caring, are just a few of the many words I would use to describe my experience with Tristan Dailey at Right Honda! I'm a single mother of some challenged children who live in Tucson trying to make my way for them. My Nissan pathfinder died on me and I was referred to get a Honda pilot! I called around trying to find a decent deal on one! I found Right Honda and thankfully Tristan as well, I'm a full-time nurse, and running around with these kids it's like working two full-time jobs. Tristan went out of their way to ensure me that he was going to take care of me on this vehicle and instead of me having to go all the way to Scottsdale from Tucson he drove the car out to Tucson for me, so that I didn't have to juggle my job and the kids! Tristan Dailey was the most helpful dealer I have ever spoken to (and I spoke to about 12 trying to find one that would help me).
